    Description

    This item was acquired from the Coles County Historical Society of Illinois.  The bright purple fabric flows nicely and feels like a rayon or silk blend.  The asymmetrical waist line with shirring is almost as interesting as the pattern on the sleeve.  Unfortunately, there is significant damage to this dress (as pictured) as the fabric is torn across the shoulders and down the back.  Recommended for restoration or study.  Detailed measurements are above (32x28x36").   Please study detailed measurements above to determine if this is the size for you.
    This item has been in storage for decades and has a strong moth ball scent.  Please soak and hand wash before use.
