Vintage 60's Women's Small Top Mini Dress

MEASUREMENTS:
Length (shoulder to bottom of dress) - 27 1/2" (you can add another 2" if you take the hem out)
Shoulder - 13 1/2" (across front of garment)
Bust
- 19 1/2" (fabric only) I think chest size can go at least a 34"
Waist 32"
Hips 34"
Waist to hem is 11" (but it can be increased another 2" by taking out hem)
Other info:
Brand - No tag, it may have been hand made
Size - I think it is a small
Color is plaid with mustard, purple, black, white
NO visible rips
This would look great with a blouse or a turtleneck underneath
It looks like the original dress was hemmed approx. 2 inches (see last photo)
Since it is so short, it can be worn as a top (must wear something underneath, because of the side cutouts)
Keep in mind if you put garment over your head your shoulders must be less than 16"
