The GG1 is in excellent condition. It has a few scuffs. The locomotive is painted in the Congressional scheme. It was tested and runs great. The lights, sound, smoke and pantographs work great. Wooden case has some scratches. Owners manual is not present but can downloaded via this link (http://www.usatrains.com/pdf/gg1manual.pdf) .
