    d. Frank vintage 80s-90’s dress 12 Pale Yellow.
    Very nice vintage 100% cotton. All buttons intact. Made in the USA not certain of year but my guess is 80s you can wash delicate although tag recommends dry clean. The top part has almost an attached button vest top under a more blosoon top. It is a 12 but waist is tinier than most 12s you found nowadays. The back has smocked waist for stretch. Unstretched it is approx 26”. Gorgeous full skirt buttons down entire front so you can leave some open top
    Armpits in good condition as shown last photo.
    Pit to pit on bottom more fitted shirt approx 20”1
    Skirt length approx 33”
    Total length top shoulder to bottom hem approx 51”
    I find two extremely faint spots at waist for one and near skirt seam other see second photo. It is vintage and as is I do my best to find all spots etc.
