    Cuisinart 12 inch copper-bottom braiser frying pan with high dome lid was made exclusively for Chef's Catalog.  The tri-ply stainless steel/aluminum/copper construction gives even heat distribution.  The wide flat base and high sides are for searing and the lid allows slow roasting.
    Handles are securely riveted to the pan and lid.
    This item is in good, gently used, condition, with minor scratches on the inside surface.  The copper has been polished and is in good condition.  The stainless surface of the lid is very bright and shiny.  All handles fit tightly.
