The fabric is a medium weight, smooth, woven, pure cotton in white with navy blue stripes. The top has straight across shoulders, pulls on, and has a hook closure at back of neck,. The skirt is high waist, very full, and also culottes, not a regular skirt, but like a "skorts". The culottes button up on both sides. In excellent condition, except for some yellowing around the neck, see close ups.This is extra small, no stretch.
